Purpose
The purpose of my site is to provide information about the service my company provides to potential customers. Many people who visit the website will be new to the sport of whitewater rafting and looking for guidance on how to plan a trip from beginning to end. The website will feature easy-to-navigate menu options, as well as concise, helpful tips and tools for each stage of planning. The ultimate goal is for potential customers to feel confidence in planning a successful whitewater rafting adventure.
Audience
The audience for my site will include a wide range of people. The website will cater to those who know nothing about whitewater rafting and how to proceed. They want an adventure, but they also want safety and confidence in knowing how to prepare. Parents, school teachers, scout leaders, young adults/college students, and couples are some of the potential customers who would visit my site.
